Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to Fat 2 Fit! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile App, products, and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Company Information

Fat 2 Fit is a readymade food catering company based in (Abu Dhabi, UAE). We specialize in supplying fresh, organic, and healthy food products to individuals and businesses.

2. Products and Availability

We strive to ensure the accuracy of our product listings, including ingredients, nutritional facts, and availability. However, product availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

DEFINITION

·         The Meal Plans refers to any type of plan, package, service or product confirmed by the client in advance.

·         Dashboard refers to the online client Web portal that lets them manage their account and can be accessible from www.Fat2Fit.ae .

·         Dietitians refers to our wellnes consultants. They may conduct nutrition assessment .

·         Dietitians can advise clients on what meal plans to take to reach the desired health and fitness goals.

·         The meal plans are delivered to customers at their given address on a daily basis throughout the period of their purchased plan. 

General Conditions

  • All clients who have completed their sign-up online are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions from the moment of registration until the end of their plan and also upon renewal.

 

·         Fat 2 Fit does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects or outcomes experienced by individuals with pre-existing health conditions. Participation in our meal plans is at the client’s own risk and should be based on professional medical guidance.

 

·         Clients with severe gluten allergies or celiac disease should exercise caution. While our kitchens are not entirely gluten-free and do not operate a dedicated gluten-free section, our staff is thoroughly trained to minimize cross-contamination by carefully separating gluten-containing dishes from gluten-free options. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of gluten and advise customers with serious gluten sensitivities or celiac disease to consult their physician before consuming our meals. 

 

·         Customers are responsible for reading ingredient labels and consulting a health professional if they have dietary restrictions or allergies.

 

 

·         Account Manager is the designated contact person of the client who provides assistance regarding concerns, requests, changes to the plan, and complaints.

 

·         If you use Fat 2 Fit Site or Mobile App , you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

 

  • Fat 2 Fit reserves the right to refuse a client under the following circumstances:

·         Clients with medical conditions or health concerns — including but not limited to pregnancy, Type 1 diabetes, heart disease, ulcers, colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, or Crohn’s disease — are strongly advised to consult their physician before enrolling in any meal plan.

 

    • Dislike or allergies to cooked onions.
    • Dislike or allergies to gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
    • Specific diets. Fat 2 Fit cannot accommodate specific diets that don't fall within Fat 2 Fit guidelines.

o    Raw and cooked capsicum (capsicums and tomatoes [all plans]).

o    Clients with spice allergies, e.g., cumin or black pepper (all plans).  

 

·         Unless explicitly unsubscribed, Fat 2 Fit may send clients email and SMS messages related to services, updates, or promotions. Clients can opt out of such communications at any time.

 

·         Fat 2 Fit reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.  

 

 3. Orders and Payment

Fat 2 Fit accepts payment by online payment, bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers.

- All orders must be placed through our website or authorized sales representatives.

- Prices are listed in [AED] and are subject to applicable taxes.

- Clients are required to complete payment no later than 48 hours prior to their desired meal plan start date. This applies to both new subscriptions and renewals. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in a delay or cancellation of meal plan delivery.

- Any outstanding balance resulting from a plan upgrade or change must be settled within 48 hours from the date of the request. Failure to do so will result in the meal plan being adjusted or shortened proportionally based on the amount paid.

-Payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Nonetheless, clients have the option to transfer their active subscription to another individual, provided that the company is notified in advance and grants written approval for the transfer.

- Discounts are applied based on the frequency of meal plan renewals and are not eligible to be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

- Corporate discounts can be added based on the terms agreed between Fat 2 Fit and the other company.

- Each confirmed and paid referral made by a client will receive an additional 5% .

- Any free days or weeks included in a promotion will commence only after the client has completed all paid days of their active meal plan contract.

- Complimentary days or weeks are non-transferable, hold no monetary value, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.

- The client is solely responsible for receiving the meals from the driver , unless alternative arrangements are requested by the client , and must ensure that the meals are stored at a temperature below 5 .

 

 

 

 

Deliver

-We deliver across major cities in the UAE

- Delivery must begin on the agreed start date, location and timing (morning or afternoon or  evening).

- Meals will be delivered within the time window chosen by the client , and its not possible to specify an exact delivery hour .

- Any requests to change the delivery location or timing must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes are subject to approval by the assigned account manager and cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, product descriptions, images, and website design, is the property of Fat 2 Fit and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
